Privacy Policy
AccredKit is currently in early access. There's no live product or account login yet — just a waitlist for founding users. This policy explains what we collect from you at this stage, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
AccredKit is a tool for UK construction and trades businesses preparing accreditation documentation. Right now we are pre-launch: the only thing live is a waitlist. This policy covers what we collect while we are at this stage.
Information we collect
We collect: (1) the email address you give us when you join the waitlist through our founding-user form; (2) our own analytics events — not Google Analytics, but our own internal tracking, covering things like viewing pricing, clicking a call-to-action, or submitting your email — together with any UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term) and referrer attached to your visit; (3) where configured, a Google Ads conversion-tracking cookie (gtag), used only to measure ad performance.
Cookie choices
We show a cookie banner offering a choice about optional Google Ads performance-measurement cookies — nothing is set until you accept or decline, and declining does not restrict anything else on the site. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
We use your email to add you to the waitlist and to email you when early access opens — based on the consent you give when you submit the form. We use analytics events, UTM data and ad conversion tracking to understand which pages and campaigns work, based on our legitimate interest in improving the product and our marketing.
Where your data is stored
Waitlist emails and analytics events are stored in Supabase, hosted in the London/EU region. Your data is kept within the UK/EU.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We use Supabase as our data processor and, where configured, Google Ads for conversion tracking — both act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. AccredKit is independent of SSIP and its accreditation schemes; we don't share data with them and we don't make accreditation decisions.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and analytics data until we either decide to launch the full product, or you ask us to delete it — whichever happens first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent to being on the waitlist at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product moves from waitlist to launch. We will post the new version here.
