These terms cover AccredKit's current early-access waitlist. AccredKit is not yet a live, paid product — please read this before joining.
What AccredKit is right now
AccredKit is going to be a tool for preparing accreditation documentation for UK construction and trades businesses. Right now we are pre-launch: the only thing available is a waitlist for founding users. There is no document generation, account login or paid subscription live yet.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. You give us your email and we let you know when early access opens. Joining does not create a contract for a paid service — it registers your interest.
The founding-user discount
Founding users who join the waitlist now get 50% off their first year when AccredKit launches, plus early access before general release. This is a discount offer for early joiners, not a guarantee of specific product features.
No guarantee of launch date or availability
We are working towards launch, but we do not guarantee a launch date, that early access will open by any particular time, or that the eventual product will match every detail described on our site today. Dates and scope may change as we build.
Limitation of liability
At this stage, AccredKit is a waitlist sign-up only, with no paid service yet in operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the waitlist, this site, or your reliance on any information about a future launch. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud.
Independence from accreditation schemes
AccredKit is independent of SSIP and its accreditation schemes; we don't make accreditation decisions, and joining our waitlist has no effect on your standing with any scheme.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as we move from waitlist to launch. We will make reasonable efforts to let you know, for example by posting the update here or emailing waitlist members about material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
